Refunds

All sales are final. There are no returns on physical products and courses. We will exchange physical products with noticeable defects up to 15 days after purchase. After 15 days, we will not be able to exchange your physical item. We also do not return live event tickets, courses, and downloadable items.

Exchanges

As noted above, if there is any noticeable defect on your physical product, please contact us at info@thedivainc.com to arrange an exchange within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days we will not be able to exchange your physical item. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only exchange defective or damaged items for the same item, send an email to info@thedivainc.com and we will send you information on the next steps.
